What is a Summer Leadership Program?
Summer Leadership Programs (SLPs) are selective programs for high-achieving college students interested in learning about a fast-paced career in the professional services industry. Participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and learning with other students from across the country, gaining valuable insight about a particular firm along the way. The programs are designed to help students experience a firm's culture and values through a variety of activities, which may include community service, team-building, networking activities.
When do Summer Leadership Programs occur?
SLPs being as early as May and go through August. Each participating firm has a different date for its program.
How long is a Summer Leadership Program?
SLPs are usually 1-3 days in length, depending on the firm.
Does it cost anything to attend a Summer Leadership Program?
